Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Baked Goods by Kenzie! By purchasing our homemade brownies or using our website/social media platforms, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Product Information:

All products are homemade in a private kitchen that is not subject to state licensing or inspection (as permitted under the Ohio Cottage Food Law). We do not use commercial preservatives unless otherwise noted.

2. Allergen Disclaimer:

Our brownies may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including, but not limited to:

• Milk
• Eggs
• Wheat (gluten)
• Peanuts 
• Tree nuts
• Soy 

We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

3. Ordering and Payment:

• All orders must be placed each week between Monday and Saturday. Orders close on Saturdays at 11:59 pm.
• Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.
• We accept all major credit and debit cards plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Paze Wallet.

4. Delivery

You are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made by Friday of each week before orders are prepared on Sunday. 
• No refunds for late cancellations or dissatisfaction due to personal taste preferences will be issued. 
• If your order has an error, including a wrong flavor or missing item, please get in touch with us within 24 hours.

6. Storage and Consumption:

We recommend consuming brownies within 2-3 days for best freshness. Store in a cool, dry place or refrigerate. We are not liable for products not stored properly after delivery. 

7. Use of Website and Social Media:

All content (images, text, branding) on our website and social media pages is the property of Baked Goods by Kenzie and may not be copied or reused without permission. 

8. Limitation of Liability:

Baked Goods by Kenzie is not responsible for any allergic reactions, misuse, or adverse effects resulting from our products. Customers assume full responsibility upon purchase. 

9. Change to Terms: 

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Please review them regularly.
